Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments.
What happens if I exceed my roadshow limit?
Monthly and Annual plans include unlimited roadshows. For the Starter Free Plan, you're limited to 1 roadshow per month. For Pay-per-Roadshow, each additional event is billed at the standard $199 rate.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for subscription plans. Pay-per-Roadshow charges are non-refundable once the event is published.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. You only pay the advertised price for your selected plan.
