How Per-Candidate unlocking works
When you unlock a candidate, you pay a one-time $499 fee that covers that candidate across all positions at your airline. You can download their profile PDF as many times as needed for any job opening — with no additional charges. The $499 fee is invoiced to your account and a daily billing summary is sent to your billing email.

Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What does "unlock once, access everywhere" mean?
When you unlock a candidate on the Per Candidate plan, that $499 fee covers the candidate across all positions at your airline — not just the job they applied to. You can download their profile for any vacancy with no repeat charges.
When are invoices generated?
For Per Candidate unlocks, an invoice is generated immediately when you authorise the unlock. For Monthly Subscription, a $2,499 invoice is generated on the 1st of each month. A daily billing summary email is sent to your billing contact at midnight GMT.
Are unlock fees refundable?
Per-candidate unlock fees ($499) are non-refundable once the profile has been accessed. Monthly subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. You only pay the advertised price.
